Paracetamol 500 mg Caplet

Indications:
Relieves pain from headache and toothache, and reduces fever.

Composition:
Paracetamol 500 mg

Directions for Use:
Adults: 1–2 caplets, 3–4 times daily
Children 6–12 years: ½–1 caplet, 3–4 times daily

Mechanism of Action:
– As an analgesic, it works by raising the pain threshold.
– As an antipyretic, it is believed to act directly on the heat-regulating center in the hypothalamus.

Warnings & Precautions:
– Use with caution in patients with kidney disease.
– If fever does not subside after 2 days or pain does not go away after 5 days, contact a healthcare facility immediately.
– Use in patients who consume alcohol may increase the risk of liver damage.

Side Effects:
Long-term use and high doses may cause liver damage.
Hypersensitivity reactions.

Storage:
Store below 30°C and protect from light.
